Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support for our project. You will be requiring a basic network support and PC troubleshooting hardware & software skill, ensuring network infrastructures and IoT devices are operating correctly. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, inventory management and ability to work independently, travel to several locations and ferry to sea buoy maintenance.

Responsibilities

• PC hardware setup, software installation and PC troubleshooting skills.
• Perform Windows OS hardening, Windows updates and antivirus updates according to security guidelines
• Perform security updates and overseeing vulnerabilities, risk assessments, backup, restore and cybersecurity compliance.
• Provide quarterly project reports for System and Data Availability.
• Manage inventory system for software and hardware, ensure all items are updated.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, preferably with at least 1-2 years of IT supports, IT Security, and IT networking experience. Graduates with passion in IT are also welcomed
• IT certification with related Windows configuration and hardening, software installation, computer networking and virtualised environment setup.
• Prefer working experience in System Integration company with knowledge in setup IT infrastructure.
