We are looking for an Oracle ERP support Engineer who provides technical and functional support for Oracle ERP (any Oracle EBS applications). This is a L2 support job ensuring system stability and business process continuity. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS modules.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within Oracle EBS modules (such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, or Manufacturing).
• Provide Level 2 support, including incident analysis, root cause identification, and ticket resolution.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams (L1 & L3 support) to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose solutions.
• Assist in configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business processes and reporting cycles.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, and patch management for Oracle EBS environments.
• Train and support end-users during new module rollouts or enhancements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EBS support, with hands-on experience in at least one core module (e.g., Financials, SCM, HRMS).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a complex ERP environment.
• Experience with ERP Service Requests, integration and data migration processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle EBS modules
• Able to collaborate with multiple teams and key stakeholders seamlessly is an advantage
