Job Description & Requirements

• To compile and submit all mechanical and electrical systems proposed by the contractor for the Superintending Officer for approval.
• Familiar with the respective M&E system testing and Commissioning (T&C) procedure and attend T&C and necessary follow up with the Consultant and Contractor.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of respective M&E sequence of works and coordinating works.
• Have experience in solving site clashes/problems with regards to M&E and other disciplines.
• Upon completion of the construction works, inspect and prepare the lists of defects, of any.
• Observe and comply with site safety and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
• To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attending site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and the client's requirements.
• Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site and regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
