Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor / Assistant Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a minimum diploma qualification in relevant engineering or building disciplines, and will assist in managing site operations, ensuring project progress, quality control, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager and Engineers in daily site operations and project coordination
• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved specifications, timelines, and safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Maintain proper site documentation and reports
• Assist in resolving site issues and provide technical support to the project team
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum Technical Qualification:Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or equivalent
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship experience will be an advantage
