As an Intelligent Automation Engineer, you will join a dynamic team focused on revolutionizing banking operations through automation and advanced analytics. Your role will involve developing intelligent solutions using technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation. You will also design and maintain dashboards that provide strategic insights to senior management, supporting data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Analytics
• Experience in intelligent automation, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation, machine learning, and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying, validation, and management across large datasets
• Proven skills in dashboard development using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, with real-time integration capabilities
• Practical experience with GenAI technologies and frameworks like Azure OpenAI, Langchain, and agentic modeling for building intelligent automation systems
• Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch), including applications in fraud detection and predictive analytics
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) for automating text-based data extraction and feedback analysis
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), data governance tools (Snowflake, Alation), and project experience in data privacy, PII detection, and compliance automation.
