Your role :

• manage support and monitoring of the banks critical Access Governance solutions, synchronization/provisioning workflows and infrastructure components through the complete IPM lifecycle

• analyze recurring failures and events as part of Continuous Service Improvement and eliminate top demands using cutting edge RPA & AI tools

• work collaboratively with internal/external teams, always focusing on the best approach for the bank

• managing knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository

• coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event days

Your team :

Certification & Controls team delivers and operates an independent core controls and risk framework across the AG&O KPCi's, delivering continuous control adherence monitoring, including controls oversight activities and governance over engagement with auditors and evidential requirements. We provide certification support, promote collaboration and service excellence across our stakeholders and clients.

We provide governance oversight, with process and reporting ownership for Developer Access To Production (DATP) Detect Control across the Legacy CS environment against in scope applications.

Your expertise :

• minimum of 8 years of IT experience in development or large scale production operations teams

• minimum of 5 years of experience in Access Management/ Security IT (e.g. Sun/Oracle IDM, Omada, SailPoint)

• sound understanding of Unix, Windows & Database queries

• knowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/WebSphere)

• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent / conflicting priorities

• automation/ application development experience, understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology would be advantageous

• good understanding of ITIL Service Operations process such as Incident Management, Request fulfilment, Problem Management

• familiarity with Service Management tools (e.g. Service Now) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests
