The position of Application Technician/Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installation of equipment, the role will involve regional travel to support customers in the South East Asia region.

Responsibilities:

1-Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical guidance and assistance to end-users.

Troubleshoot and resolve related issues promptly.

Generate technical summary report.

Collaborate with other engineering teams to address complex technical problems.

2-Installation and Configuration:

Set up, install, and configure equipment. Ensure proper functioning of machining.

3-User Training and Documentation:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of equipment usage.

Create user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.

Document common issues and their solutions for reference.

4-Quality Assurance and Testing:

Participate in testing new features, enhancements and report any issues or inconsistencies.

5-Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales team, R&D team and project managers.

Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their needs and challenges.

Requirements:

Engineering related field of study.

Singaporean/Permanent resident

Ability to travel in short notice (Southeast Asia)

Experience in FMCG, Food manufacturing, Advance manufacturing, Laser manufacturing may also be considered.
