Job Description:

• Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients
• Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience of working experience as electrical engineer, mechanical engineer etc.
• Working in semi-conductor industry, especially printed circuit board or packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage
• Person who can work independently and willing to ask for support
• Person who is willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies
• Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines
• Japanese speaking ability is a great advantage to communicate with Japan HQ and Clients
