Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Handle and manage Condominiums.</li> <li>Carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building works and M & E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system</li> <li>Supervision of term contractors in repair and testing of M & E services</li></ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, equivalent</li> <li>At least 2 years relevant working experience.</li> <li>Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works</li></ul>
