Maintenance of semiconductor cleanroom building hardware.
Perform Troubleshoot, repair, and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures (i.e lights, doors, chairs, tables, etc.)
Maintenance of lifts and cranes.
Coordination and management of contractors/vendors.
General upkeep of buildings and surroundings.
Familiar with cleanroom environment and protocols.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the semiconductor manufacturing building maintenance.
A technical person with hands-on experiences, not only managing/monitoring.
Comfortable to perform standby during urgent issues / breakdown within the fabs.
