Key Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and installation of pump systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Diagnose pump system issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of pumps to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of new pump installations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Drive to customer locations in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic and company regulations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and materials used during service calls.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers on pump system operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Education: NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pump systems and/or water tank maintenance is preferred.
• Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of various pump types (e.g., centrifugal, submersible, diaphragm).

- Familiarity with water tank systems, valves, and piping.

- Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.

• Other Skills:

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Licenses: Class 3 Driving License is required.
