Your Role at a Glance

• Preventive Maintenance
  Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing machinery through routine servicing and upkeep.
• ⚙️ Troubleshooting & Quick Repairs
  Act fast to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues-minimizing downtime and keeping production on schedule.
• Collaborative Process Improvements
  Work hand-in-hand with process engineers to fine-tune equipment and boost production efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting
  Keep precise records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, parts usage, and repairs for continuous improvement tracking.
• ‍ Team Guidance & Support
  Train and support production staff on proper equipment handling and preventive maintenance practices.
• ️ Safety & Compliance
  Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and internal safety protocols-safety is non-negotiable.
• Vendor & Spare Parts Coordination
  Manage technical support, service visits, and spare part procurement with external vendors.

What We're Looking For

• ✅ 5-7 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Bonus: Working knowledge of PLC systems is a major advantage.
