Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows that leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence. You will utilize a mix of low-code/no-code automation platforms and AI frameworks to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock new capabilities across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy robust automation workflows using platforms like n8n.io and Make.com
• Integrate various SaaS applications, databases, and APIs into seamless automated processes.
• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions using frameworks like LangChain to interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI's GPT series, Anthropic's Claude) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, data extraction, classification, and more.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI implementation across the business by collaborating with different teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product).
• Connect and manage API integrations, ensuring data flows correctly and securely between systems.
• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations and AI models to ensure reliability, performance, and accuracy.
• Develop custom scripts or functions (e.g., using Python, JavaScript) within automation platforms or standalone as needed to handle complex logic or specific integration requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, automation tools, and best practices.
• Document automation processes, configurations, and technical designs clearly.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users for implemented automation solutions when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven hands-on experience building complex workflows using n8n.io and/or Make.com.
• Demonstrable experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building applications powered by LLMs.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and their APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Anthropic API).
• Proficiency in working with APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

• Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Supabase).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
