Requirements
- Perform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for semiconductor metrology equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary parts for service tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a field service engineer, preferably in a metrology semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience with defect inspection tool or review tools
- Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
