Overview

We are seeking someone to join our team as a Process Engineer - Electroplating, you will play a vital role in this Engineering team, contributing to the company's strategic objectives & offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in a dynamic & innovative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Marketing, and Production teams to drive continuous improvement and project execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers on chemical specifications, bath performance, and troubleshooting activities to maintain optimal process conditions.
• Support plating line setup and modifications, including the design and implementation of racks, jigs, and chemical baths.
• Supervise and execute projects and tasks in alignment with management objectives and strategic goals.
• Manage project timeline and deliverable to ensure execution according to schedule.
• Prepare technical reports and regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Standardize system documentation to enhance consistency, traceability, and compliance across operations.
• Review and approve new sample testing and quality test reports to support product validation and customer requirements.
• Lead the introduction, qualification, and industrialization of new raw materials, products, and processes.
• Drive the implementation of value-added initiatives in alignment with the cost-reduction roadmap.
• Continuously monitor the performance of industrialized materials and products also initiate corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in electroplating
• Proficient in the use of analytical tools such as X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
• Possess leadership, teamwork, and project management abilities
• Good written and verbal communication
• Self-driven, proactive, and independent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
