Job Requirements
- Manage all on-site technical and engineering-related matters.
- Ensure all works meet the company's quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Participate in project planning and monitor project progress and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients and sub-contractors on all project aspects. Provide both technical and non-technical resolutions, followed by proper documentation.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress claims and reports.
- Supervise and guide Supervisors and Foremen to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are adhered to at all times.
- Propose cost-saving measures and innovative engineering solutions.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
- Minimum 2 years of Civil Engineering experience, specifically in LTA projects involving earthworks, roads, and drainage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
