Key Responsibilities:
• \tPartner with the Safety Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental initiatives, ensuring full compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• \tImplement and monitor robust safety measures, driving a culture of accountability and vigilance on-site.
• \tCollaborate with stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and main contractors, to align on safety goals and deliverables.
• \tParticipate in daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, document observations, and ensure timely rectification of issues.
• \tIdentify training and certification needs to meet legislative requirements, Approved Codes of Practice, and HSE guidelines.
• \tGain deep insights into work-specific risks and control measures, proactively mitigating hazards.
• \tLead investigations into accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive actions.

Requirements:
• \tMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years working with a developer or main contractor (preferred).
• \tRegistered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), with at least 5 years of active WSHO practice.
• \tProven experience developing a Risk Management Implementation Plan (e.g., bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent).
• \tStrong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• \tAbility to pass internal security checks mandated by the Singapore Government.
• \tValid Class 3 Driving License.
