We are seeking a Test Engineer with approximately 3 years of experience in software testing to ensure the quality and reliability of digital solutions delivered in Agile environments. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, experience with test automation, and is familiar with working in fast-paced Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for web, API, and backend services.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Report, track, and manage defects using relevant tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and frameworks for regression and smoke testing.
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests.
• Ensure testing practices comply with secure coding and DevSecOps principles.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of QA processes, test design techniques, and defect management.
• Experience testing in Agile/Scrum project teams.
• Familiar with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and backend testing.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
