• Prepare PLC program, SCADA software and conduct simulation tests in office.

Support maintenance of existing SCADA systems and PLCs.

• Install instruments based on hook-up drawings.

• Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for panels and do On-site commissioning.

Install the hardware and carry out all the tests.

Create test reports and submit to customer.

• Attend weekly progress meeting with customer and report progress.

Conduct Toolbox meetings.

• Support customer through remote desktop or phone call for emergency issues at site

• Prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals for projects

Attend company internal meetings and present on progress of projects.

• Good Technical Experience in Electrical, BMS, Process Instruments & Fire Alarm systems

• Prepare and Submit BOQ and Quotation for New Tender jobs and Additional works

• Prepare detail work schedule, site organization andmanpower mobilization plan

• Prepare MSRA for all work activity.

• Submission of Material Catalogue and Samples and Arrange RTO Inspection.

• Prepare Electrical, Instruments & Control cable Schedule

• Arrange Work place daily activity for team members, and arrange and order Tools and Materials.

• Prepare work Progress daily, weekly report & Minutes of meeting report

• Arrange RTO site inspection and testing report as per customer requirements

• Prepare and submit As-Built Drawings with PE Endorsement

• Verify and approve the timesheets of project technicians.
