Job Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate and respond to External and Internal Audit, to follow up Audit findings, review adequacy of audit submissions by departments, and to plan for any mitigation controls with relevant departments and track the implementation to closure for reporting to management.
• Manage Corporate Policy and Procedure through providing an oversight and observation.
• Facilitate regular reviews of policy and procedure for alignment with regulatory requirements and implement best practices.
• Facilitate adoption of policy and procedure by departments.
• Corporate Risk Assessment and Management, to plan and initiate Annual System Risk Assessment with respective System Managers and follow up on any identified risks for mitigation and closure.
• To perform regular review and revision of Corporate Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and to initiate regular BCP tests and follow up actions.
• Support Internal Control related activities, to ensure required trainings and due diligence checks are completed within schedule
• Handling Regulatory Related Matters. Perform horizon scanning of regulatory updates and gap analysis for alignment of entity policy and procedure as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Business IT or relevant study.
• Certification in IT Audit, Security, Privacy, Business Continuity is an added advantage. (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP, CBCI).
• Relevant work experience as a risk professional in a bank, financial institution or audit firm.
• In-depth knowledge of MAS Notices and Guideline including but limited to TRM, Guidelines on Outsourcing Risk Management, Guidelines on Business Continuity Management.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, Sharepoint).
• Good appreciation for risk related subjects.
