Familiarity with VPN, network connectivity, and Microsoft Office suite.

Overview: Reliable and experienced Onsite Technical Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support to users at our Singapore office. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite IT support for laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing tools.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot VPN connections and network-related issues.
Assist in hardware replacements, installations, and software updates.
Respond to and resolve user support requests in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the global IT support team on system rollouts, upgrades, and issue escalations.
Maintain IT inventory and assist with asset tracking.
Create and maintain documentation related to support activities, procedures, and FAQs.
