As the Head of Environmental Outreach, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to drive environmental outreach initiatives. The projects aim to promote sustainable living and foster community engagement. The team will also develop and help deliver training programmes on environmental stewardship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Green Communities

• Develop and deliver programmes that encourage members of the public to adopt sustainable living practices.
• Facilitate and develop learning trails on Singapore's environment and biodiversity.

Earth Helpers' Programme

• Drive recruitment and engagement for volunteer events.
• Develop and deliver new volunteer activities.
• Foster participation from schools, corporate entities, and clients.

Training and Education

• Design and deliver sustainability and biodiversity training programmes for a diverse range of participants
• Recruit and manage freelance trainers, where necessary

Sponsorship

• Seek sponsorships and partnerships for the outreach programmes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for the environment and knowledge of local and global environmental issues.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in training and education, and in managing mass outreach activities, is preferred.
