Job Description:

We are seeking a VDC Coordinator specializing in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering to join our team for an HDB project. The VDC Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of VDC methodologies, processes, and standards within their respective discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact and expert for VDC within the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering discipline.
• Coordinate with other Consultants and the Contractor on VDC-related activities.
• Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally.
• Validate the level of detail, modeling content, and quality control before the release or exchange of models.
• Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering, or construction firm of a large project.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and VDC workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
