What You'll Do

1. Lifecycle Management of Power Quality Monitoring System (PQMS), including planning, installation, maintenance and replacement of PQMS assets (PQ monitors, IT servers and Network communication equipment) for effective network PQ monitoring.
   Knowledge of IT server, operating system and cybersecurity principles
   Experience in network communication protocols and web servers
2. Perform standby duties after office hours to attend to PQMS alarms and report voltage disturbance to stakeholders timely.
3. Assess Power Quality in the network for compliance with the Transmission Code:
   Conduct Harmonic modelling in the network and propose mitigating solution.
   Conduct Transient studies in the network and propose mitigating solution.
   Assess and monitor customers' connection for PQ compliance.
4. Support stakeholders on power quality related matters. Conduct measurement, investigations and provide technical advice on the mitigating solution.
5. Organise PQ events for communicating and knowledge sharing with stakeholders.
6. Participate in Inter-Utilities programmes/Conferences for knowledge exchange and learning.

What You'll Need

1. Degree in Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
2. At least 4 years experience in Electrical engineering or Power Quality related works
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. A team player with a positive working attitude
