Key Responsibilities:

\t• \tEnsure site compliance with NEA and BCA environmental regulations.

\t• \tDevelop and implement Environmental Management Plans (EMP) for construction projects.

\t• \tConduct regular site inspections and audits, and recommend corrective actions.

\t• \tAdvise on best practices in waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.

\t• \tCoordinate with authorities for necessary permits and approvals.

\t• \tMaintain and update environmental records, reports, and documentation.

\t• \tConduct environmental training and awareness sessions for site personnel.

\t• \tAssist in preparing risk assessments and method statements for environmental control.

\t• \tInvestigate environmental incidents and ensure preventive measures are in place.

\t• \tCollaborate with the project team to integrate environmental practices into construction activities.

Requirements:

\t• \tValid ECO or ECMO certification (recognized by NEA/BCA).

\t• \tMinimum 2 years' experience in construction environment.

\t• \tStrong understanding of Singapore's environmental and safety regulations.

\t• \tGood communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

\t• \tAble to work independently and as part of a team.
