Requirements:
- To resolve all technical and non-technical issues.
- Assists Site Manager/Project Manager in verifying monthly progress reports, claims.
- Oversees the daily construction activities at the work site to meet the project progress and quality goals
- Supervises subcontractors / direct manpower to complete the project within the given budget and time frame.
- Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on time
Requirements:
- Diploma is Engineering or related to construction preferred
- Min 4-5 years experience preferably in Singapore
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Have experience in Wet Trade
- Good command of English
- Will be good if can speak Chinese to liaise with other contractors
