About the Role

Looking for a motivated and technically savvy Technical Support Engineer to join. In this role, you'll provide support for system integration, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with clients to deliver effective solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients, both remotely and on-site when required
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Assist with solution design and system configuration based on customer requirements
• Prepare technical proposals, documentation, and presentations
• Support system demonstrations and deployment of solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical support or system integration experience
• Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and networking
• Experience with system configuration, documentation, and client engagement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members
• Able to manage tasks independently and work under pressure when needed
• Knowledge of AIoT, smart solutions, or physical security systems is an advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
