Requirement:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on CNC machines
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and software issues that occur during operation. Address problems swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Assist with the installation, setup, and calibration of new CNC machines and systems.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports to comply with company and safety standards.
- Suggest improvements and modifications to enhance the efficiency, safety, and reliability of CNC machines.
- Ensure all maintenance procedures are carried out in line with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent certification in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with CNC machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
