EngineeringJob Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the electronics production line, including process monitoring and troubleshooting;
- Design, develop, and maintain production jigs, fixtures, and tools to support efficient assembly and testing processes;
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), supporting pilot runs, sample builds, and process validations;
- Optimize manufacturing processes and workflows, improve yield and reduce cycle time;
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation;
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality or process-related issues;
- Work closely with equipment and tooling suppliers for sourcing and improvement of production tools and fixtures;
- Monitor production metrics and contribute to cost reduction and process improvement initiatives;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure production targets are met;
- Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO standards in all production activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA assembly environment;
- Proficiency in designing jigs and fixtures using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD);
- Solid knowledge of assembly processes, and electronic product testing workflows;
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, line balancing, and lean manufacturing;
- Familiar with failure analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Fishbone, FMEA);
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
