Degree in Civil / Structure Engineering
Registered Engineer (RE) in BCA, PEB will be added advantage
Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP)
3 years working experience in building construction

Responsibilities:

To ensure the work is carried out safely, meeting the schedule, budget and quality requirements
To manage and allocate manpower and resources required for the works
To provide technical input for the preparation of work plans, schedules and work methodologies
To closely liaise with the Client, Consultants, designers and other stakeholders
To supervise and direct the work of project staff, sub-contractors and vendors
To prepare technical write ups and reports as required
To provide regular performance status reports on progress of works, cost forecast and safety status
Assist project manager in daily task
