Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange the necessary labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provide the test area with parameters for sample testing and specify the tests to be performed.
• Compile data and define necessary changes in testing equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Test all customer samples and conduct special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Support system integration testing and validation, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
• Offer support during the product introduction phase, troubleshooting and resolving system interaction issues.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in system interaction engineering and software development.
• Utilize software development skills to design, debug, and implement automated test solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to apply an intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of business issues. Ability to handle moderately complex problems and projects.
• Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
• Provides analysis of information and limited project direction.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
