Responsibilities:

• Support End Users Computing Infrastructure (PC/Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Devices, Printers, Windows, Mac OS, IOS, Android and basic usage applications)
• Onboard/Offboard Users and provision their devices
• Involved in hands-on technical troubleshooting, support and advice users on their systems related issues or queries
• Perform administration/maintenance of systems, patching and updates.
• Suggest improvements by providing technical specifications for system/ process enhancement;
• Involved and improves IT corporate governance such as policies, standards and best practices
• Ensure IT systems are operating with high efficiency;
• Prepare and tidy IT scheduled reports
• Develop, implementing and updating documentation and user guides.
• Perform remedies on IT alerts and/or issues that Internal monitoring team flagged out.
• Manning Helpdesk platform for ticket resolution
• Escalate higher level or unresolved issues to Internal Team

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology, Information Technology (IT)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with internal team and end users
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, M365, Intunes, Endpoint protection software preferred
• Knowledge in Azure management, any Certification in Microsoft Azure or M365 will be great
• Great interest in IT and adapt to new technology change
