about the Job

This role is crucial for managing and deploying changes in the IT environment to ensure system stability and minimize the risk of outages.You are expected to work on planning, administering, and supporting operating system capabilities, as well as designing and troubleshooting software solutions. You will also be responsible for governance and reviewing changes to ensure alignment with IT policies and minimize any risk to IT systems. The role requires providing 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis and collaborating across multiple teams to maintain robust systems.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience with ITIL methodology, particularly in Change and Deployment Management.
• Solid experience with databases, middleware, and applications such as MariaDB, Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, Jboss, Weblogic, Websphere, MQ, Kafka, and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in operating systems including Windows Server, AIX, HP-UX, and RedHat Enterprise Linux.
• Strong background in patch management and automation tools such as BigFix and Chef.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, including designing, deploying, and maintaining RPA solutions.
• Security expertise with hands-on experience in performing Security Audit assessments on databases and applications to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
