The Candidate should be able to perform the following tasks,

• To monitor the installation progress as well as coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.

• To report and monitor the progress of the project to the Project Manager.

• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

• To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E-related works with project teams.

• To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.

• To assist the Project Manager to negotiate/procuring materials, equipment, and labor in accordance with (or below) the allocated approved budget.

• To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.

• To have experience in working at Data Centre.

• Mechanical: Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / Chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.

• Electrical: Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS

Requirements

The candidate should also be experienced with the following.

• Building Automation Systems (Extra Low Voltage (ELV)

• Navisworks

• Knowledge on Revit will be an added advantage

• Microsoft Office
