Technical Executive

Location: Changi South

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Weekday: 8am - 5:45pm
Salary: $2600 - $3300

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Perform repairs and servicing on various audio visual/ home audio equipment.
2. Attend to walk-in customers, addressing their concerns and providing
efficient solutions.
3. Offer technical advice and guidance to customers on their audio - visual equipment.
4. Maintain clear, accurate, and organized documentation of repairs, customers, interactions, and technical support.
5. Provide on-site technical support during company events, ensuring all audio
- visual systems are functioning properly.
6. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues customers
may face, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
7. Carry out ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining AV systems at events.
2. Technical certification in audio visual or electronic repair (preferred).
3. Proven experience in electronic instrument repair, with a strong background in audio visual/home audio systems.
4.Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
