- Tertiary education in engineering

- Adaptable to desk and site work

- Confidence in presentation and communication skills

- Proficient in reseach and report writing

- Proficient in use of MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt)

- Experience in use of software and/or simulation tools advantageous
