- Design of Building Electrical Services as such LT, ELV and HT system.

- Preparation of design drawings for Building Services Systems;

- Project Management to ensure the successful implementation and completion of project;

- Liaison with client, contractor and related authorities;

- Attend site meetings and address if any technical queries;

- Handle project administration and documentation works as such tender & contract adminstration.

Job Requirements

- Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or other similar qualications;

- With relevant experience in mechanical systems / technical and coordination to execution / site supervision;

- Reliable and able to work within tight deadlines;

- Proactive working attitude and self-motivated as well as a good team player;

- Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle all work parties;

- Good command of written and spoken English;

- GreenMark Certication will be added advantage;

- AUTOCAD, MS Office, Dialux, etc.
