We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and AI-driven data solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to analyze business requirements, design AI and data analytics solutions, and support the implementation of data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document AI and data-related business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for AI and data analytics teams.

• Work with data scientists and engineers to design and implement AI-driven business solutions.

• Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations of AI and data-driven projects.

• Develop data flow diagrams, data models, and technical documentation to support AI and analytics initiatives.

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Support the implementation and integration of AI models into business applications and workflows.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment of AI and data-driven solutions.

• Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analysis to continuously improve business strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in AI, data analysis, or a technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and data analysis techniques.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.

• Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data, data visualization, and statistical modeling.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or technology industries is a plus.

Knowledge of MLOps, big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), and API development is an advantage.
