What You'll Do:

• Support the Operational Digitalisation Section to develop and maintain digital transformation roadmap for SP PowerGrid
• Lead and drive the implementation of the digital transformation initiatives
• Work together with the team to assess and evaluate initiatives derived from roadmap development
• Provide regular update to department head and / or management team
• Develop communication and user adoption strategy in terms of digital transformation implementation
• Work with multiple stakeholders to maintain regular update of the communication platform
• To manage digital transformation initiatives related documentation as required
• To plan, organize and facilitate digital transformation initiatives related meetings
• Prepare the budget and manage the spending on digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure Quality, HSE, Finance, Procurement and Security compliance as per company's guidelines

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Good technical / engineering knowledge in the areas of digital transformation and utility business preferred
• Good knowledge and understand key technical concepts such as IoT, Big data, Geographic Information System (ArcGIS), Automation & Robotics, Operational Technology and Artificial Intelligence etc
• Familiar with business process reviews and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to work with all levels of associates, proactive, creative, good interpersonal skills
