EngineeringWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior End User Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern endpoint management solutions and a passion for providing exceptional user experiences. This role will involve managing and securing endpoints, automating tasks, integrating with cloud services, and continuously improving our endpoint management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Endpoint Management Tools: Utilize modern endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), or similar solutions to manage and secure endpoints effectively.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Mobile Device Management (MDM), to ensure the security and compliance of the organization's endpoints.
- Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts using languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate repetitive tasks and improve the efficiency of endpoint management.
- Cloud Integration: Integrate endpoint management solutions with cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS to manage endpoints in a hybrid or fully cloud-based environment.
- User Experience Focus: Optimize endpoint performance, ensure minimal downtime, and provide excellent support to end users to deliver a seamless and efficient user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and management of endpoint solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in endpoint management processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Crisis Management: Act as backup Crisis Manager for Singapore, responsible for managing and coordinating crisis response efforts. This includes performing initial assessments, activating and working with relevant teams, communicating with stakeholders, and conducting post-incident analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- >5 years of experience in end-user support, with experience in leading support team.
- Proven experience in endpoint management, security, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of modern endpoint management tools and cloud services.
- Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience with zero trust endpoint security, cloud security and managing M365 compliance features.
- Experience in crisis management and coordination is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., A+, CompTIA, ITILv4, M365, Azure Endpoint) a plus.
