You will be a core member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, responsible for supporting the development and implementation of manufacturing plans in support of the department's objectives.

Job Description:

• Support the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility in accordance with the Common Product Development (CPD) processes.
• Work with Industrialization Process Engineers to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability.
• Assist with the development and implementation of the manufacturing layout and processes and the associated documentation, and with the execution of prototype and pilot activities.
• Support EA SMT and backend processes, including manufacturing tests. (must)
• Assist in programming Universal SMT equipment to ensure efficient processing of prototypes. (must)
• Set up and calibrate EA processes for prototype builds, such as SPI, SMT, Reflow, Wave soldering, Routing, etc

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE graduates in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• Having 2- 3 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Assembly is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of printed circuit board design, SMT line, test equipment, and machinery setup.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and PCB design guidelines.
• Experience using CAMCAD tools is an added advantage.
