Scope Responsibilities:

• Verification on uPOS drivers on existing workstation and cable compatibility.
• Replacement of label printers (Datamax to PD45) for Pharmacy areas.
• Ensure Training Center Infra readiness.
• Work along with EUC/TDR Team with regards to EUD related items.
• Command Centre Infra setup and readiness.
• Go-live and Post Go-live support.
• AOB (depending on new requirements from the NHIPS/NBS team).

Requirements:

L1 troubleshooting skills for the following:

• Laptop/desktop
• Windows
• Network connectivity both LAN and Wifi
• Printers
• Email/MS Outlook/M365
