⚡️Salary: up to $3,000 basic

Job Duties:

• Performs total preventive maintenance (TPM) procedures as planned.

• Performs inspections required by scheduled TPM or Work Order requests.

• Performs basic troubleshooting on mechanical and hydraulic equipment.

• Perform regular maintenance tasks at the facilities in accordance with the SOP.

• Identify and pro-actively respond to maintenance and operation needs.

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in performing the maintenance duties.

• Allocate appropriate resources to execute the work order, follow up work order and ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.

• Assessing the need of mechanical spare parts to avoid delays in TPM. Tool & instrument inventory/ maintenance.

• Establish and run small workshop activities.

• Identify and pro-actively respond to abnormality.

• Trouble shoot equipment failure and execute TPM work.

• Attend to equipment breakdowns and propose remedial actions and conduct follow up checks.

• Work to incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and involved in the installation and commissioning process.

• Ensure all maintenance activities carried out are following relevant quality and environment policies, safety & environmental rules, and regulations requirements.

• Supervise any external vendors providing maintenance services.

• Support the maintenance Supervisor to develop and implement plant improvement plan.

• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a Power Plant environment.
• Possess good working knowledge of all operations in the plant.
