- Complete on-site product installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Prepare technical documents for micro imaging products
- Cooperate with technical team and sales team across the organization
- Maintain positive relationships with dealers and customers

- Education background in Engineering
- Hands-on ability to service scientific equipment after internal training
- Proficient in English both written and verbal communication
- Flexible and willing to travel for business related trip when required
