• Position : IT Support Technician (Create/Maintain Website)
• Location : Ubi Road
• Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.00am -5.30pm
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $3500 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Marine & Offshore Shipyard

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and create website and able to solve issues
• Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PCs / laptops / servers /
• Provide 1st level end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems.
• Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for Windows Servers, MS Exchange Servers, Storages, Backup solution, network
• Any other tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

• 2 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Must have IT knowledge to solve computer issues, website issues
