JD:

• Perform software updates, security patches, and antivirus management for hardware. (e.g., workstations, laptops).
• Monitor critical IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
  Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Respond to and track IT service requests, incidents, and emails from external and internal stakeholders.
  Provide operational support to users, triaging issues to the relevant team members as needed.
• Generate and maintain IT documentation, reports, and checklists.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure, applications, and network operations.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience in customer service or handling end-user support.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative, learn, and grow in a technical environment.
  
  Advantageous if have:
  Basic coding background or System Administration background (RHEL & Windows server environment)
