We are seeking a Junior Tooling Engineer (CAD/CAM Drafter) to join our team and develop expertise in CAD design, CNC programming, and tooling optimization. With structured training and mentorship, you'll gain hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing technologies used in aerospace, automotive, and precision machining industries.

What You'll Do

CAD Design & Drafting:

• Create and modify technical drawings for custom cutting tools using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Work with senior engineers to ensure drawings meet precision and quality standards.

CNC Programming Assistance (Training Provided):

• Learn to generate CNC machine programs using ToolStudio or other CAM software.
• Assist in optimizing machining programs to enhance tool performance and efficiency.

Tool Inspection & Quality Control:

• Inspect incoming cutting tools for regrinding, identifying wear and regrind requirements for quotation.
• Support quality assurance processes to maintain high tooling standards.

Production Work Order & Documentation:

• Prepare and manage work orders, SOPs, and compliance documentation for production.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records to support engineering and production analysis.
