About Our Client

My client is a leading global real estate company headquartered in Singapore, with a diverse portfolio across South East Asia.

Job Description

• Develop quality control checklists and procedures for each project to ensure compliance with facility standards.
• Maintain a quality assurance program that aligns with Data Center Operations requirements.
• Oversee and participate in testing and commissioning of all projects alongside the implementation, operations team, and consultants before handover to individual site teams.
• Manage project fit-out and addition and alteration (A&A) works.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage assessments, inspections, and related works in collaboration with the implementation manager.
• Establish a regular meeting schedule with site DC operations and the implementation team to track project deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Integrated Facility Design & Management or relevant discipline
• 2 years+ of experience in Data centre projects
