Responsibilities:

- Perform First Article (FA) Inspections on parts produced from new projects, new tooling, transferred tooling, modified tooling (ECN), and repaired tooling.

- Support the Quality Control (QC) team in developing FA measurement programs.

- Conduct measurements on test samples according to product drawing specifications and create Measuring Instructions for new parts.

- Collaborate with various departments to resolve FA-related issues and ensure smooth execution of FA activities.

Requirements:

- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, with 1 to 2 years of experience in FA/QA environments.

- Proficient in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Vision Measurement Machines (VMM), and QC tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.

- Strong knowledge of technical drawings and proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

- A team-oriented individual with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a passion for finding technical solutions and driving innovation.

- Supervisory skills to effectively manage FA Technicians and Inspectors.
