Job Overview:
The Tooling Assembly Senior Technician is responsible for performing complex assembly tasks for tooling components and ensuring that they meet the precise specifications for advanced machinery used in the manufacturing process. The role requires advanced technical skills, experience in tooling assembly, and the ability to work independently to troubleshoot, assemble, and test tooling systems. The Senior Technician will also mentor junior technicians, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble parts for set cut;
2. Dismantle parts after set cut;
3. Preparing, wahing and measuring of parts;
4. Mesuring parts;
5. Laser engraving;
6. Assemble housing, spindle and bearing;
7. Assemble tool shank and gear shaft;
8. Perform sound test and gear backlash check;
9. Check accuracy (height and symmetry) drill hole;
10. Name plate assembly, check nozzle air flow and engrave serial number.

• Education:
  - High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  - Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling assembly, machinery maintenance, or a related field (required).
  - Experience in an advanced machinery manufacturing environment, specifically with complex tooling systems (preferred).
  - Previous experience in a senior or lead technician role (preferred).
• Skills:
  - Strong mechanical and technical skills in tooling assembly, installation, and troubleshooting.
  - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  - Expertise in operating various hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in tooling assembly.
  - Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues quickly and effectively.
  - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and ERP systems (preferred).
